Digital Flare offers a variety of different levels of Managed and Monitoring Services. Our Managed Services are aimed to help system administrators keep their servers running smoothly and securely. Whether you're an experienced system administrator or have never touched a server, we have a plan for you.

You do not need to have a server hosted with us to be eligible for Managed Services. We have experienced system administrators that can handle your servers where ever they are hosted. If your server is not hosted by Digital Flare, and you'd like our Managed Services, please send an e-mail to our sales department at sales@digitalflare.com.

Basic Service (free)

Customer has root/admin access.

O/S updates and patches.

Ping Monitoring.

Bronze Service ($40.00/month)

Customer has root/admin access.

O/S updates and patches.

1 hour onsite Hands and Eyes a month.

Ping Monitoring.

Service Monitoring (up to 3 ports).

1 free OS Reinstall.

Silver Service ($100.00/month)

Customer has root/admin access.

O/S updates and patches.

System hardening service.

3 Vulnerability Assessments.

2 hour onsite Hands and Eyes a month.

Ping Monitoring.

Service Monitoring (up to 6 ports).

2 free OS Reinstalls.

Gold Service ($150.00/month)

Customer has root/admin access.

O/S updates and patches.

System hardening service.

User administration (add, remove, suspend/unsuspend).

System Daemon Installation (FTP, SMTP, POP, etc.).

10 Vulnerability Assessments.

5 hour onsite Hands and Eyes a month.

Ping Monitoring.

Service Monitoring (9 ports).

5 free OS Reinstalls.

O/S Reinstalls

After your allotted amount of O/S reinstalls, additional O/S reinstalls are $50.00 per reinstall. This is a one time fee only.
